A little about the artist: A blues/alt rock artist who you may know from his breakout song "One more time, one more chance," the ending song for the movie "5 Centimetres per second." 
Good movie, go watch it. 

Circles within circles: This track is on the same album of "Home" which I found looking for "One more time, one more chance" and the opening song of Romancing Saga on the PS2 called "Minuet."
