MACROSS 82-99 - Horsey (ft. Sarah Bonito)

A fan's translation of  マクロスMACROSS 82-99 - Horsey (ft. Sarah Bonito)
It's good, buy the album here.

Album: A Million Miles Away
Vocals: Sarah Bonito

(asaokite fuku wo kite
(itsumo no BASU ni notte)
(soto no keshiki wo nagamete)
Driving past things these concrete things
(zutto mae koko wa JANGURUtte omou to)
It's crazy!
(ningentte sugoi natte)
(aru imi omou)
My daydream
Waking up early, throwing on clothes
Catching the same bus
Staring at the scenery outside
Driving past these concrete things
This used to be a jungle, I think and
It's crazy!
Humanity is amazing
A certain thought with meaning in
My daydream
Just remembered it's 2014
Do you know what that really means?
(mattetanda ureshiina)
It's the year of the horse that's running freely
(hontou wa hitsujidoshi nanda)
(betsu ni ii jan naisho da yo)
(watashitte henkana?)
But can't get these images out of my head
Just remembered it's 2014
Do you know what that really means?
Looking forward to this with joy
It's the year of the horse that's running freely
It's actually the year of the sheep but
it's it better if that's a secret.
Aren't I strange?
But I can't get these images out of my head
(chiisai koro terebi de mitande)
(kami wo kaze ni nabikasete)
Running freely these beautiful horses
All together in a field no ending
That summer breeze
(wasurerarenai)
Let me run with you
Let me run with you
(watashi mo isshou hashirasete)
Oh hell yeah I have a really good feeling
I saw a bit of it on T.V.
Hair swaying in wind
Running freely these beautiful horses
All together in a field no ending
That summer breeze
Unforgettable
Let me run with you
Let me run with you
I'm already running at the same time
Oh hell yeah I have a really good feeling
(doko ni ikundaro)
(donna ashita ga matterun darou)
(wakaranai kara)
(omoshiroinda kono jinsei)
We're not going anywhere
and tomorrow isn't waiting for us
This life is boring
So I'm running
Yeah I'm running
Finally running
Yeah I'm running
Running
Running
Yeah I'm running
Finally running
Yeah I'm running
Running
Yeah so come run with me
Let's be free
Don't look back cause we are not coming back
No ones gonna ever catch me and ride me
Ride me
Yeah so come run with me
Let's be free
Don't look back cause we are not coming back
No ones gonna ever catch me and ride me
Ride me I'm that horse that I saw on TV

Hana ga saki hajimeru
chiheisen ni
Aoi sora to kumo ga
Itsumo arimasu
The flowers begin blooming
on the horizon
Blue skies and clouds
are always there.
Tenmaku wa shiroi ie
sougen ni miemasu
Furusato no haru wa ima
subarashii kagayaki
The tent is a white home where
grasslands can be seen
My hometown spring now
shining brilliantly
Mizu ga wakideteiru
izumi niwa
Inori wo dare mo ga
sasagete imasu
The water gushes forth
as a fountain
Who will pray forth
As an offering
Naadaam1 no omatsuri wa
nigiyakana utagoe
Furusato wa haru no naka
Subarashii kagayaki
The Festival of Games1
is a lively song
My hometown in the middle of spring
shines brilliantly
Uma no ke no yumi wo hiku
densetsu no ongaku
Furusato wa soshite fuyu
Giniro no kagayaki
The horses, hair and bows all play
play a song of legend
My hometown is now in winter,
and shines a brilliant silver.

[1] Naadaam (lit. games) is an annual traditional festival of Mongolia. It consists of three "male" sports which are horseback riding, archery and wrestling, though females participate in the first two.

Circles within circles: I heard this from the same playlist as "EVE" where the version was in Mongolian (which is all French to me.) This may not be heart-rending as Mongolian is a rather harsh/coarse language, it still is rather enjoyable.
